HSE Opens Two New Faculties
In 2019, HSE will begin enrolling students in undergraduate programmes at two new faculties: the Faculty of Chemistry, and the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology. These faculties will work in partnership with leading RAS institutions where students will be carrying out research.
All HSE Students Are Taught Data Analysis. What Does This Mean?
The Data Culture project at HSE is celebrating its first anniversary! Its key concept is that all students should possess at least basic competencies in data analysis, since data skills are increasingly becoming an entry-level requirement for professionals in almost every field. HSE University in St. Petersburg and University of Turin have signed an agreement for a new Double Degree PhD programme in History. Students Make Jewelry at the HSE Art and Design School
In 2018, a new specialization ‘Jewelry Art and Object Design in Fashion’ opens up for Bachelor students at HSE’s Art and Design School. Centre for Language and Brain Opens at HSE
The Centre stems from the International Neurolinguistics Laboratory and brings together researchers in clinical linguistics, special needs education, psycholinguistics, bilingualism, child speech, and gerontolinguistics. The Centre’s academic supervisor is Roelien Bastiaanse, Professor from the University of Groningen (the Netherlands), a researcher into clinical linguistics and founder of EMCL and IDEALAB, unique international educational programmes.
